– Please wear closed in, comfortable shoes – you will be standing during Chef’s class introduction and the preparation of our dishes for the day, you will then be seated upstairs for your lunch with your classmates in our upstairs dining room.
– Please ensure long hair is tied back – thank you.
– Please feel free to bring along a water bottle for use during the class preparation stage (a water station will be set up in the Atelier however you may wish to bring along your own water bottle).
