This class will master the art of making bread and pastries by hand.
You will discover the secrets behind each process, from kneading and shaping dough to perfecting pastry in a number of delicate forms.
In our Bread Making & Pastry class you will learn how to create;
- Frederick’s Traditional Irish Soda Bread
- French Brioche
- Foccacia Genoan
- Smoked Ham, Caramelised Onion & Cheddar Tart
- Salted Caramel Eclairs
- Triple Mocha Praline Tart
- Sweet & Savoury Croissants
Things to note;
Please arrive a few mins before class start time
This class will allow for you to take home a tray of baked goods to share with your family & friends,
Whilst we will be sampling your creations during the class, this is not a class ideal for seating for lunch, therefore you are welcome to bring along lunch if you wish to do so for yourself
Non alcoholic beverages will be provided during the class.
Minimum 12 guests, Maximum of 22
