- Dark Chocolate Fondant with Brandy Snap Basket
- Apple Tarte Tatin
- Mint Creme Brûlée
- White & Dark Chocolate Tiramisu
- Salted Caramel & Gingerbread Trifle
Things to note;
Please arrive a few mins before class start time
This class will allow for you to take home a tray of baked goods to share with your family & friends
Whilst we will be sampling your creations during the class, this is not a class ideal for seating for lunch, therefore you are welcome to bring along lunch if you wish to do so for yourself
Non alcoholic beverages will be provided during the class.
Minimum 12 guests, Maximum of 18
