In addition to an array of pasta styles, Frederick shares how to perfect gnocchi for you to also replicate at home for your family and friends.
Accompanying 6 varieties of pasta and gnocchi, we will create an array of sauces to compliment each dish.
In our Pasta & Gnocchi class you will learn how to create;

- Pappardelle

- Sage infused Brown Butter
