Frederick takes inspiration from his travels to Italy. Our menu will showcase a number of Italian dishes rich in flavour and seasoned with the freshest of herbs grown in our Potager.
In our Rustic Italian class you will learn how to create;
- Caponata infused with basil
- Agnello alla Pugliese (Leg of Lamb Pugliese Style)
- Ossobucco alla Milanese
- Crostini con salsicca (Crostini with sausage meat)
- Melanzane Carozza (Stuffed Eggplant Fritters)
- Pollo al limone (chicken in lemon)
- Roasted Pork Belly Polpette with Polenta
Followed by;
Orange Zabaglione

Please arrive a few mins before class start time
We will share our ‘feast’ of all we have created at approx 715pm, accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages
Option to purchase Alkoomi wine available on the night with your meal.
