Our 2nd Spanish class – This class is part 2 of our range of Spanish style classes….
Familiarise yourself with an authentic side to Spanish cuisine. Spain is famous for tapas and these bite-size dishes, this class is an ideal class to increase your repertoire for entertaining and enjoying Spanish fare with family & friends.
In our Spanish Tapas class you will learn how to create;
- Field Mushrooms with Hazelnut Gremolata
- Chilled Gazpacho
- Great Southern Deep Sea Fish & Potato Fritters
- Pork Belly Bites with Fennel
- Chicharrones (Crunchy Pork Crackling)
- Empanadas (crescent-shaped, savory beef pastries)
- Spanish Omelette
- Local Squid with Paprika & Garlic
- Tuna & Rice Tortitas
Followed by;
- Creme Catalana
& - Portuguese Tarts
Things to note;
Please arrive a few mins before class start time
We will share our ‘feast’ of all we have created at approx 315pm, accompanied by non-alcoholic beverages
Option to purchase Alkoomi wine available on the day with your meal.
Minimum 12 guests, Maximum of 18
